Sumri Blog Editorial Standards

How Sumri prepares, sources and maintains practical study guides.

Why the blog exists

The Sumri Blog exists to help students understand study methods, work more effectively with their own academic materials and make better use of study tools. Articles are written for the same audience Sumri serves: students trying to understand, revise and test themselves from real study material.

Who stands behind the guides

Substantive study guides are published with a real human byline: Sodiq Abdulrahman, Founder of Sumri and Higher-Education Lecturer. Sumri remains the publisher. This separates the human author responsible for the guidance from the product brand that publishes it.

How articles are prepared

Digital editorial tools may support research organization, drafting or editing. Published material is reviewed for practical relevance, source alignment and consistency with Sumri’s study-focused purpose. Research-based claims are checked against cited sources where applicable, and published guides are intended to add practical, original guidance rather than reproduce source material.

Sources and verification

When an article makes a learning-science claim, we prefer primary research, peer-reviewed reviews or other authoritative sources. Links are provided so readers can examine the underlying evidence. Product-specific statements describe Sumri’s actual study workflow and capabilities.

Updates

Articles show a publication date and may show a modified date when meaningful changes are made. We do not change dates merely to make old content appear new.
